Thread: horse slaughter

ok so I don't know if it's true or not but I've seen it too many times for it not to be.apparently all the horse slaughter plants in the US have been shut down but horses are still being shipped to Mexico and Canada for slaughter.alot of people don't really care about this but I'm asking you if you could contact your congressmen and tell them how u feel about it.since I found out about horse slaughter my life has changed.I've watched pretty much every video there is to watch on horse slaughter and seen pretty much every picture there is to see.I want to get into detail about what goes on in horse slaughter plants so maybe that will motivate you to be against it.first they put them in a small area and shoot a nail into their head.this is suppose to paralyze them or knock them unconscious but it doesn't.the horses are very well alive and they can still feel.then they are hung upside down by 1 leg and their throats are cut open so they can bleed to death.then they are put on a conveyer belt and cut down the middle.can you say sick?neways please vote no on horse slaughter.

sorry i just voted yes i mean no. um i am against the killing of horses but im not sure what else they are meant to do with the horses that have gone crazy and other stuff alone them lines, i guess they could just put them down and then Berri them. im not sure but i do find it cruel to hang them up side down to the point where there unconsus, im pretty sure they cant feel the blade after being unconsus if that helps. but we must face that so much animal/mammal killing goes on in this world we just cannot stop. i love animals and all gods creachers so Do you thing horse slaughter should be allowed? "NO"

Putting them to sleep if they're suffering I think is alright but otherwise no.

Thats terrible, I had no idea that was how they did it. If they have to do it I'm sure they could find a more humane way to do it. I have a horse and my mum has 8 of them. I couldn't imagine allowing that to happen to any of them, I'd kill someone for doing that to my animals. TOO CRUEL.

What really gets to me is that it seems that cos animals can't talk that they must not feel pain like we do or at all, or maybe it's just cos they can't defend themselves. I find that sickening and only the weakest of the weak, mentally, would do such a thing and not have any guilt about it. Animal cruelty of any kind is accepted and done only by those who couldn't give a sh*t about anyone but themselves.

Do you not care about how these animals are killed? The way they die! Eatting meat is the last thing on my mind its the way they die that put me in tears ::

the only reason anyone should put any animal to sleep is the ones that are suffering or cant be safed.

To be honest with you, i don't care. As long as it tastes good, i am happy.

Mate I am sooooo against what your saying but I can't help being amused by u rocking the boat in this subject
